CALL 1-855-TAXMESS FOR A CONSULTATION.

Our tax firm focuses on tax litigation, IRS and state debt issues.

Common state and tax issues involve:

Audits

Criminal Investigations

Offer and Compromise (Tax Debt Settlements)

IRS Liens and Levies

Installment Agreements

Requests for Abatement

Representation in Tax Court and in audits

Subordination of Federal Tax Liens****

DON’T GET SCAMMED BY UNSCRUPULOUS “TAX RESOLUTION” OR OFFER AND COMPROMISE COMPANIES.  Offer and Compromise is a very complicated process.  Few qualify for the program.  We accept these cases only if we believe that we can help the clients and if the amount of the tax debt, penalties and interest is sufficient to justify our time and fees.  Three of the major national debt compromise companies, JK Harris, TAXMASTERS, and Roni Deutch, are out of business and have been sued for fraud and misrepresentation for allegedly misrepresenting their ability to achieve specific results and mishandling cases.

We are also nationally recognized as experts in U.S. taxation of foreign born individuals (aliens), taxation of U.S. expatriates, and tax issues at the intersection of tax and immigration.

Our firm is not a retail tax preparation firm.  We prepare tax returns for individuals and corporations, but we limit our practice to high net worth individuals or complicated returns, foreign born taxpayers and companies owned by foreign born individuals, all of whom require and appreciate that our client’s returns are handle
d by a CPA or attorney.

We are were “Immigration and Tax Meet.”  One of the principals is an experienced income tax practitioner and immigration lawyer.  He frequently provides training to other immigration lawyers and publishes articles that involve the the intersection of U.S. income taxation and immigration law.

Most of our clients find us by referral or through the internet.  They live all over the United States and in foreign countries.  Our office is located in Atlanta, GA.   We speak English and Spanish.
